Terms of Use

1. Your licence

RallyReel is made by Endevo. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your content is yours

Every recording, clip, and highlight reel you make with RallyReel belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and no licence to use it. We do not receive it: the app processes video on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Recording other people

You are responsible for the footage you record. Pickleball is played with other people, often in public or shared venues, and the law about recording others varies by country and by state.

By using RallyReel you agree that you will obtain whatever consent is required from the people you film, respect the rules of the venue you are playing at, and stop filming anyone who asks not to be recorded. We cannot do this for you, and we are not responsible for how you use your footage.

4. Subscriptions

RallyReel offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited clip exports, highlight reels, and exports without a watermark. The free tier includes a limited number of exports, described in the app before you use them.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings, at any time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.

5. What the app does not promise

Rally detection is automatic, and automatic means imperfect. RallyReel will sometimes miss a rally and sometimes cut one that was not a rally at all. We are honest about this inside the app — you can cut missed points by hand and delete wrong ones — but we do not warrant that detection is accurate or complete.

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve your recordings. Video files can be lost to a full disk, a failed device, or a mistaken deletion. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot bear to lose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RallyReel to:

• record people without the consent you are required to obtain;
• harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone;
• break the law or the rules of the venue you are playing at;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's detection model, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endevo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost recordings, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The version and date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be disclosed in the app. Continuing to use RallyReel after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of any protection given by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
