RallyReel 1.0 for iOS

Email hello@endevo.info and a person will read it. Telling us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when something went wrong gets you a useful answer faster.

It missed a rally

It will, sometimes. Open the session, tap Manual Clip Studio, scrub to the point it missed, set the in and out points, and add it. The app also learns from these: hand-cutting a missed rally is the strongest signal you can give it, and it uses that to tune detection for your court and camera angle.

It cut something that was not a rally

Open the clip and delete it. That is also a correction the detector learns from. Deleting a clip removes it and its thumbnail from your phone; it does not touch the original recording.

Detection found nothing at all

Usually one of these:

You can always cut clips by hand from the full recording.

Shot counts are missing on some clips

That is deliberate. If the app could not hear the paddle strikes clearly — an echoey indoor court, wind, a nearby game — it shows the duration and leaves the shot count out, instead of showing a number it does not actually know.

Storage and recording length

Video is large: roughly 5 GB per hour at 1080p. The record screen shows how much recording time your free space actually covers before you start, and stops safely rather than filling your phone. You can free space by deleting old sessions from the home screen.

Subscriptions

The subscription unlocks unlimited exports, highlight reels, and exports without a watermark. To manage or cancel it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Changed device, or reinstalled? Open RallyReel's Settings and tap Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Your video stays on your phone. There are no accounts, no uploads, and no analytics. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Still stuck

Write to hello@endevo.info. If the app crashed, the most useful thing you can send is the time it happened and what you tapped just before.
